By attending or registering for iFest USA, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Admission: Tickets and registrations are non-transferable unless approved by iFest USA.

  2. Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, artists, and other attendees. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

  3. Photography/Recording: iFest USA may capture photos and videos during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

  4. Liability: iFest USA is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

  5. Changes: iFest USA reserves the right to modify the schedule, line-up, or event details as necessary

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for iFest USA are final. Refunds are not provided for any reason, including weather, artist cancellations, or changes to the event schedule. In the unlikely event that the festival is canceled, ticket holders will receive instructions regarding rescheduling or credit options, as determined solely by iFest USA management.
